Where We Ship
Currently, Dogi ships within India only. International shipping is planned for a future capsule.
Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days of confirmation, excluding weekends and public holidays.
Delivery Time
Once shipped, most orders arrive within 3-6 business days depending on your location. Remote areas may take longer.
Shipping Charges
Free shipping on orders over ₹4,000. Orders below this amount incur a flat shipping fee, calculated at checkout.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
COD is available for eligible pin codes across India. A small COD handling fee may apply, shown at checkout.
Order Tracking
You'll receive a tracking link via email/SMS once your order ships.
Delays
Occasionally, delays happen due to courier volume, weather, or circumstances beyond our control. We'll keep you updated if your order is significantly delayed.
